I have bought several items from them over the past year. Over $2,000 worth of merchandise and have recieved all of my rebates on time with no problem.

I have to side with CROWD, after spending roughly 6,000 with them, I've vowed never to buy from them again. I've never received a rebate (as advertised) and 40% of the things I've received from them were broken, didn't work or unadvertised refurbs that they failed to mention until after I complained. So far, I've spent $15,000 with Newegg - and will probably spend another $15,000 with them as long as they keep treating me right.

Tiger can just sell their junk to someone else.

Tiger(scam)direct. The first clue that these people are crooks is they create a sister business to handle there rebates. WHY? so the blame can be shifted away from them when people never get there rebates.

I only made one order with these people. I should have known the price of a CPU after rebate was to good to be true. Instead of paying $20 less than anyone else was selling the CPU for after rebate. I paid $29.99 more before the rebate and now the rebate has been denied.

Tiger customer service is a complete joke. I was told to calm down, I was hung up on, and they now have placed my email address on a spam block list.All emails I send to them now are returned to me saying the person the email was intended for has blocked your email address. Real proffesional.

My opinion on TD is if the price is to good to be true after rebate? than most likely it is a scam and you will not see the rebate.

TD does not even send rebate paperwork with purchase. They make you locate it online and file thru there scam/front sister company.

I would avoid these people like the plague. I will continue to give my business to Newegg and Zip Zoom Fly.

Thank goodness for resellerratings I was lucky to avoid such venomous vermin.

When I can not get a rating on a reseller or recommendation then I will try the email trick. I fire off an email with about two or three question on it. If I do not here back then I figure that I may have save myself a bad company.
