well, it's been since early January. I bought a poseidon cpu cooler from gameve.com When it arrived, it was trashed. banged coils, low on liquid, and when tested it didn't pump.

I posted a review, and they said they would take care of it right away, just contact them. So, I called and talked to Christine, who said just RMA through the site. She also posted a "we're good people" reply to my review.

That's a laugh. I go to their web site, and RMA has been disabled on the order. E-mails sent, no reply, including to sales, webmaster, admin, etc. none bounced, none answered.

I call, and IF I can get through, they ask my name, and "hold please". One time, just for grins I put the phone down for 5 hours and was still on hold. Basically my name is on the ignore list.

So, I'm out $100 from the scumbags.

don't make the same mistake I did. Don't trust the scum. the prices are great, but if you have a problem you're screwed.

Well, after badgering them, they finally re-opened up the order to allow an RMA. Well, yesterday I finally got the "new" cooler. Well, new is in quotation marks, because it was another opened package. Guess what !!!!!!

The pump doesn't pump, and the fan on the processor vibrates a lot. So, another defect that was returned and shipped out to me as "new".

Is there no end to what these arses are willing to do?

So, we start the whole process over again, and it's now coming up on 3 months.

Again, run, don't walk from these people.
