MONARCH reliable for game comps?

Hello everyone. Ive read the reviews which were kinda mixed about monarch and read about some of these other companies really being hard to deal with. Just want to know from some of you intelligent people if i should spend 2k on a gaming comp from these guys?

NO!
Read the reviews and you'll see a pattern of how people have started out with issuses and then their taken care of. I would look elsewhere. I perfer to have NO issuse. Order and be done no excuses, just the service I pay for.

I've never dealt with Moncarch, but they have an excellent rating. If money isn't an issue, go with Voodoo, excellent company, stay away from Alienware. Its really hit and miss whether you get good service with them very inconsistent company.

I would not recomend Monarch Computers. They are very hard to get anyone to answer you by phone or email. I tried to place an order and it would not go through. So I called they were closed for the weekend. So I sent an email with information on contacting me for a purchase. Monday came and no call or email so I called there order line. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes then disconnected, tried email again to several different email address.
Finially at 2pm I get a call about ordering and was sent a dirrect link to order the board, now the price of the board has gone up $40.00 since I tried to place order on Sat. They tried to tell me that Asus told them to raise price,"right". I ordered elsewhere for the same price Monarch had orginially posted. Well I wont deal with a company that doesn't answer there phones or emails and raises prices because the product is hot! And then wont honor there posted price on the day purchased was tried but failed because of a website issue.
