Incorrect ratings shown

The "find a product to compare prices" results show incorrect ratings for the stores.

For example, I was looking for a Pioneer 1014TX receiver, which brought me to this page.
The first store, My Digital Universe - rating:10, reviews: 1
But if I click on the link, the Customer Satisfaction Rating window displays:
Six-Month Rating: 3.33, Reviews: 10, Lifetime Rating: 6.50
Quite a difference, eh?

OK, let's try another store, click on See all 11 store offers

Dbuys.com - Rating: 5, Reviews: 6
Now the Customer Satisfaction Rating:
Six-Month Rating: 8.63, Reviews: 473, Lifetime Rating: 8.90

Another one? OK, eTronics - Rating: 6.35, Reviews: 24
Nothing special, right?
Looking at the Customer Satisfaction Rating:
Six-Month Rating: 9.13, Reviews: 339, Lifetime Rating: 7.74
Elite Customer Excellence Awards: Gold, Platinum, Platinum+

So, what's the deal?

Interesting and good point. This could lead to several problems buying from vender's falsely rated on the Buy search unless some choose to read the reviews.


BTW I also PM'd Lara RR of this issue, to Pass along to Scott or whom needs be to get this fixed.

This has been fixed. There was a synchronization problem between the rating images and the actual data. If you notice any other discrepancies, please let us know.

Ratings look OK now but what about the number of reviews?
Does it only count recent ones?
