Poor experience with ZipZoomFly as well. My story is below:
I placed an order from zipzoomfly for a Chaintech NForce4 Ultra motherboard. Apparently since my credit card took some finite amount of time to be verified it sold out and was unable to get the order. Apparently placing an order in time (within the first few minutes that the product was in stock!), does not guarantee you the product. From what I can figure, they sell these products on a first payment verified/approved basis. So if you can get your card approved in the time that it takes for them to sell out, you'll be fine. If not, by the time you fix the problem you'll be left out high and dry.
The customer service was very nice, I have no problem with them. Their system for ordering needs to stop people from ordering when they're sold out and also to guarantee an item for someone who has placed an order! Overall, I'd order from them again but not if the item was likely to sell out quickly!
