Scamed by tigerdirect?

I was looking to buy This
But when i went to checkout it just said "Your shopping cart is empty".
Now i went and called tiger direct and said it wont let me order it he tells me the item is sold out, I then ask him if i was charged for it and he said no that no payment was made. Now i check my email and see that its being shiped.... I did not order this so i called them back and they said that it is to late to cancell and that i would have to return it when i got it. I have a feeling when i send it back that it will "get lost in mail" And ill be out of $400. What should i do?

If you were looking to buy it,What's the problem?You will have it when the UPS guy drops it off.If you don't want it send it back.Why do you have a feeling it will be lost in the mail?
