No credit on my credit card- Thanks Ritz

Please be aware that if a company has problems with their computer system, you may be the one without the credit. I used a credit card to attempt to pay for a camera from Ritzauctions. They kept authorizing the sale through the credit card company but didn't checkout the camera. They took days to get the checkout working and then I had to take money from my savings account and put it on my credit card to pay for the camera for the third time.

I won the bid last Monday Dec 6 and still have no idea when the camera will arrive. I am leaving for my once in a lifetime family vacation in a couple of days and they wouldn't give me the time of day. I even had to pay long distance phone rates to be on hold for 40 minutes on one occasion.
