The product I required was shown as “IN STOCK” on their website. I then placed the order and received confirmation of my order. The next day I checked their website for my order status and it was shown as “PACKED”. The following day I received an email stating the product was “BACK ORDERED”. I then checked their website again and the product I ordered was still listed as “IN STIOCK” and my order was still listed as “PACKED” – both of which were not true based on the companies own email to me.
Very poor way to conduct business. I now find I can not trust ZipZoomFly becuase they have proven that what is being reported to the customer is not accurate. Additionally, they charged my Credit Card the day I placed the order – even though they had no product to ship me.
