Well I have bought in the past from them, with out any problems orders are processed very quickly and usually shipped next day.
But last saturday nov. 20, I ordered a full computer from keyboard, mouse to the monitor.
The order was processed on Monday, almost all items arrived on 23 that was actually very good... except for the case, they didnt ship the case even it was not listed on any off the both tracking numbers.
My first idea maybe they stocked out at that moment and will send later, checked the website and in the order status page it shows as being in step 2 (being prepared at warehouse).
Waited until late wednesday, then called very late at 4:30 reported to a guy and acknoweledge that the case was not shipped, he was going to notify the warehouse.. wel thanksgiving arrived waited until friday, no news about the case or even a tracking number, sent and email at night (still not answered).
called on Monday asking again about the case and other guy told me, it has been shipped.... I checked later the website still on same step, called again and another guy acknowledge again that the case was not shipped and it was going to notify warehouse to ship it........
Well waited for a bit today after 1 pm, called again then a lady answered and told the problem again, then she told she was going to send me and email soon about the status of the case.
Almost 5:30 when CS leave and no email yet!
What to do in this situation? its been clearly a week since I ordered this one.
