LCD/TV/PC rig

Hello All
I just ordered a Olevia LT27HV LCD TV
Due in on the 9th of Dec.

I plan to set it up in the bedroom, with a new DELL Power Edge 400SC server.
XP Home, 800 fsb, HT, 512 Dual Ch Ram,Ti 4200 Video, CPU 2.8, 200GB & 180 GB HDD's
I have Cable and Road Runner, I intend to get the HDTV
cable converter.
This is my plan, I want to listen to my MP3's and watch my
DVD movies from the PC. I'll do some browsing with that too.
mIRC,Windows Messenger, AOL streaming audio etc.

I need some guidance for the Audio interface between the PC,
Cable box, VCR,and my Logitech 5.1 PC Speakers.

Im looking at two things. The Yamaha DP-U50 external audio card,

and the Creative Extigy external audio card.

But I need som ideas here. Im looking at EBay so around $70 to $100 bucks.

Also I plan on getting the Logitech MX700 wireless keyboard & mouse.
I'll be about 15 ft. from the rig.

Any thoughts?

They are both good sound cards ,I like the way the yamaha looks clean and slick.I think if i was going to buy one it the sound blaster.It should be easy to hookup to the TV,cable,ext.
