With vendor service so poor lately, everyone should know how good ABS is--they spent days working with me on an issue with my Awesome that was most likely of my own making---Leo at the help desk never gave up or got cranky, Tony at ABS is an absolute genius at resolving issues--- and all of them were patient, good humored and relentlessly dedicated to the solution. Kudos to them and to my salesperson, Louis Sun who served as the link among all of them and saw to it that i got satisfaction. The computer is more expensive than some, but my decision to buy it is paying back big time in service and performance.

Food

Hmmm... First post - over the top testimonial. Smells like Spam to me (and believe me, I know what Spam smells like - and it ain't ham)...

check me out----i have had one miserable experience after another with other vendors, including Toshiba and Dell. i am not a computer geek--just know enough to be dangerous and that plus the fact that i am addicted to bleeding edge, gets me into trouble. i have never had such good service as from ABS, and i have let my displeasure known, loudly--including being part of a class action suit-- so it is only fair that i share my unusually good experience as well. Leo at the help desk spent well over 12 hours working on my problem and never once did he act annoyed--he took it on as a challenge, did off line research and kept calling me back. Tony walked me through every step i needed to clean up my problem and taught me more than any course i took. i ended up with a system better than i started with and am right now blasting my Audigy soundblaster with great joy, ready to cut my own vocal cds and start on video production. i am thrilled with what they did for me.
i should add that most sales people i have dealt with are very happy to make the sale and then blow you off. Louis stuck with me and that too was very unusual from my experiences.

The best way for a reseller to be recognized for their efforts (good or bad) is for their legitimate customers to submit a review for them.

You can submit a review on ABS by going here:
http://www.resellerratings.com/survey.pl?seller_id=1431

Please ensure that your review is in complete compliance with our policies else it will be removed:
http://www.resellerratings.com/terms.pl

Thanks!

Media Sorry!

Sorry about jumping the gun, but these forums get so many spammers this time of year it's not funny. Perhaps I've set my BS filter to too fine of a mesh...
. Glad you're posting your experiences with online vendors. Honest reports help everyone. I'm quite a bit behind on my ratings as I've had nothing but good experiences since my last posting on that side. Hard to get worked up enough to write over good experiences.
. ABS and Newegg are related - not surprising that they are among the favored vendors with their combined buying power and expertise. I wish ABS would share their technical expertise with Newegg customers.
