Acer Ferrai 3200...legit?

I found this acer ferrari 3200 on amazon.com marketplace for $700. i contacted the seller and he says its brand new and everything and includes a 3 year warranty...you guys think its legit????

My gut feeling would be SCAM.

That might be one for an escrow type service. If the seller doesn't agree then I would run.

(escrow is when he sends his product to an estabilished mediator and you send your money to the same, if everything checks out then they send both things off to the appropriate people.)
