As with other using the forum, I appear to have been conned by E Bracken into ordering Adobe OEM software?? which as yet has not turned up. Based on the comments of others there seems little likelihood that it will. I would be interested in any assistance anyone has on pursuing this company legally to obtain the money spent with them. I am a UK citizen and as far as I am aware the compny is a US Russian operation whatever this means. The ramifications are complex but companies of this type must be stopped.

I am in the same situation as You GS UK.

I did not trust them in the first place.. so I did order only for 40£ and I thought this will be lost money.

Now I have got the same answer from them for the 9´th time.. Looks like they have an automatic answering-email.

You got an +44 phone number at the bottom of the emails.. have You tried that?

I live in Sweden so I dont like to spend any longdistance call.

I have written to my Creditcard company Mastercard and told them..

You do that too.. ok?
