overclocking question celeron 2.4

i just bought a celeron 2.4 478 400 128k and have gotten an asus p4s533-vm for free from my companies upgrading and i uned to have a p4 2.4 in there but it overheated and died so i figured the celerons tha same thing with the smaller cache right? so i poped in my new celeron and i left everythign the same the bios said 3200mhz and i thought it was just a bios glitch so i installed xp and sure enough wcpuid clocked it at 3187.07mhz and it's rock stable and cool with modded cooler and arctic silver 5. will my cpu last very long if i leave it like this. it is an accidental overclock and i want to keep it at 3200 if i know it's not gonna cut my cele's life in half. so if anyone knows if it's stable, cool, win likes it, the cpu doesn't mind and all the hardware is ok with it will it burn out my celeron alot faster than if it ran at 2400? (the thing it's doing is it's running 533fsb with the locked 24x multiplyer) any advice is helpful thanks!

As long as it is kept cool and it stays stable you should not have to worry about the CPU's life being shortened. By the time the celly is ready to die (if it ever does) it will be slow enough (compared to the newer tech) that you will be begging it to die just to get a new comp.

And by the time it does die, if it does, you will be able to buy a replacement for $40. (or be smart and dump your Intel, buy an AMD mobo/processor)
