CNETPC - Platinum Seller!?!?!?? NO WAY

http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1724.html

What on earth is going on around here. I don't believe it. May I request an investigation into the reviews on this company? I know that in the past they have self-posted bogus reviews (and were caught). Have they still been doing this...I just can't believe this company could have a rating like this legitimately. From their terminal hold, to their inability to provide me with a working stick of PC133 for over three years now...yes, I have given up after many returns, I still have the exact stick I started with, and it went from corrupt to not even posting.

These guys have been nothing but frauds in my experience (and USPS agrees)...and yes, I'm sure they have some legit positive reviews...as I'm sure some of their customers have been lucky enough to get good hardware.

Blows my mind, it does

WHOAH! Here's another heart stopper: The BBB says only one complaint in 3 years, and it has been resolved...that's BS, because I know my complaint was never resolved, and I had contacted the BBB. I even responded to the BBB's resolution letter stating so.

Hmmmmmm....Oh well. Watch out y'all.

Hello SiliconJon,

Thank you for using our contact form to request an investigation of CnetPC http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1724.html reviews.

As a public follow-up to your post, I would like to report that, as of the time of this posting, our investigation has found no evidence of any scaled effort to submit fraudulent reviews. Some reviews may have been disabled pending replies to our requests for documentation, and/or other violations of policy of which may yet be corrected. We have received legitimate purchase transaction documentation in response to several of our requests for documentation.

While our investigation is ongoing, I would like readers to keep in mind that no merchant will always be perfectly good or perfectly bad. While one customer may have a bad transaction experience with a merchant, it doesn’t mean the next customer will have the same bad experience, or won't have an excellent experience.

We encourage our readers and potential customers of online resellers to read reviewers’ written commentaries and to check the historical ratings and individual service scores to get a better 'big picture' of a merchant’s reputation and quality.

We appreciate your, and all our readers’ feedback. For our best service response, always use our contact page, linked above, or you can email me directly at: Lara @ResellerRatings.com (remove the space).

Thanks!
-Lara, ResellerRatings.com Staff

I'm going to predict the future....and then I'm going to no longer trust RR's evaluations if it comes true. Why? Because so far this is looking to be the exact same bunch of fraudulent goons I was dealing with several years ago. And no amount of argument can convince me that there is an honest bone in their body after what I've been through with them. And for such a company to get a Platinum rating...well, it's just unbelievable to me.

That's after restating everything that has happened with this DIMM to them...from the initial test failures on multitudes of motherboards to the now complete failure to post in multiple motherboards.
