hello. no im not. sorry for the long time before i posted. i had it setup to recieve any posts to my question but recieve nothing that anyone posted so i forgot all about this question that i asked. and since this place seems to be quite dead lately i checkedout there reviews on bizrate and thats what made me figureout if i wanted to buy from them and which i did and am very happy with my purchase . to everyone dont be afraid of www.isellsurplus.com there pretty good place to buy from.

According to the ResellerRatings reviews, this comp is the same as ComputerSurplusOutlet.com. I bought from CSO before and it's by far the *worst* online purchase experience I have ever had! See other people's reviews about CSO if you don't believe me! AVOID BOTH COMPANIES!

In the past couple of years, I've spent close to $20k online and I have never had as much trouble as I have had with isellsurplus.
Saving a couple of dollars is NOT worth it. sheesh

Am seeking advice on how to get ISELLSURPLUS to refund my money.

Placed for Ixplore Tablet PC just in time for it to arrive for Xmas as a present. I am still waiting.

I cant seem to get the product nor a refund. The few times I have contacted them, its always one excuse or another followed with promise that is yet to be fulfilled.

In the meantime, my credit card interest is being paid and they still have my money and/or the product.

What remedy is available in this situation.

SOMEBODY HELP!!!!! This not funny anymore.

I don't know what impresses you on that site

Their prices are not anything special, micro center has much better deals.
