DO NOT BUY FROM IBUYPOWER

Dejavue. I had a similer experience from ibuypower. I got the same result from Steve. He was just unwilling to help me. The tech support from ibuypower is terrible. Read a posting below of mine about my experience. Let's spread the word about the terrible customer service and tech support from ibuypower.
I bought 2 machines from ibuypower. Both had power supply issues that fried the motherboards. One happened after 1 month, but it took them 2 months to fix it. The other happened after one year which they refused to fix (expired warrenty). Their tech support is terrible. They do not try to help. They just want to put you off. I called about the power supply issue on the second machine 2 months before the warranty expired, but they dragged their feet until the warrenty expired sending more expensive replacement parts but ignoring the power supply issue. 2 weeks after the warranty expired, the mother board was fried but they refused to help saying that it was working before that. WRONG! They never addressed the basic power supply issue.
I bought 2 computers from them and went through 4 mother boards due to power supply issues.
What a terrible experience. Do not buy from ibuypower!
