How do u connect front panel usb connector?

im trying to find out how u connect the usb connectors, since ive heard that u have to configure it to the way u plan to use the usb ports...

There is a set of pins on the motherboard for this...thats all I did. Consult your mobo manual for details.

do u mean motherboard manuel? because if u do i also looked there but all it showed me was which pin their signal name and function.

The mainboard will have front panel USB pins or it won't.
Some do not.
Then I beleive a pci add on card can be used,and provide the
USB pins.
But some cases may have short jumpers as most USB pins are close to the front panel, on the mainboard.
I think I've seen kits with USB PCI card jumpers and USB ports
built in to a front bay adaptor.

What motherboard do you have?
