Cheating resellerratings?

I ordered a video card from pcmicro.com, later they called and said there was a pricing error and offered me a different (lesser) card for the same price. I declined and gave them a bad review on resellerratings. Today I get a message from them that they 'voided' my order because they were unable to contact me. Since the order was voided, my rating will not appear. First, a month has gone by since the order; second, they did contact me via telephone and email; so this would seem to me that they are cheating resellerratings.

sounds like they are cheating you...i would pursue the matter and make sure they get a poor review...hopefully a Mod here will take a look at the matter...they might be able to give you some advice also...
