ze5170+me=not good

i have an hp pavilion ze5170 and this won't accept any copy of windows, i have tryed out of desperation win:95, 98, 98se, me, 2000pro, xphome, xppro, and win2003server. NOTHING WILL INSTALL, it gives me a blue screen and says

page_fault_in_non_paged_area
or
irql_not_less_or_equal

please help me. thanks!

i have tried 2 sticks of micron 1 stick of mushkin and one stick of tmtc... still same problem


update, when i try to boot from cd cd-drive spools down and cashes full until i shut it off...

does anyone know how to get past the supervisor pass on the bios? my friend doesn't remember what it is... and how can i format the hard disc if i can't get it to boot from cd?
