Got Burned by Broadway Photo...PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi everyone!

I wish to God that I had found this site PRIOR to dealing with Broadway Photo. I am so upset now that I cant even see straight.

I ordered a digital camera from them and ended up getting a digital camera that is not from the US and has NO warranty card. The box was opened when I recieved it and I guess they OOPS'd because the powercord was one that is for use in an asian country.

Everytime I call I get hung up on......


If anyone has any information or could help me PLEASE let me know....I feel as though I have been abused, kicked, and spit on.

Do you live near their store? And how did you find their store?
Start documenting everything you do when you contact them.
Then you have to research on what to do next. Good luck, man.
