I've signed up for PayPal yesterday and I have some stuff auctioning on eBay. I'm only letting them pay with PayPal, but how exactly does it work. When they win the auction, will they get a link though eBay to pay be whatever amount. Will this payment include buyer details like adresss, etc? Also, where does the money go when it comes to PayPal. I haven't set up a credit card or bank account to go with PayPal?

When someone sends me money does it just go into an overall balance which I can withdraw?

As long as you selected pay-pal as a payment option then yes ebay will provide a link for the buyer to go directly to pay-pal. When they pay it basically goes directly to your pay-pal account, which you can either keep there for later use {like a bank account} or upon adding your bank account you can have it transfered via direct deposit to your account. You can also request a check from pay-pal however there are fee's involved in this.
