I bought a cyberhome DVD recorder from ckippy@hotmail thru
amazon marketplace for 165 Bucks and 20 bucks more for express delivery on 6-9-04 . I got it on the 18th , he sent it ground saying it would been delivered the same as express
there goes 20 then I rec'vd the DVD Rec. it turned on, but that
all I got.
I know his real name and address in enid OK. i think he works at the Enid News eagle.

Now after 8 emails he keeps saying this and that.

Whats the best way to send the recorder back and get my moola back. This was my first (AND LAST !!) buy on the web. I thought
Amazon Marketplace was a pretty safe agent ?

Any Suggestions ?

You'll have to start with Amazon for this.

Our "Trolls" are pretty much just through forums, we have no way of getting information on him from Amazon.

I'd contact them first to see what they tell you.

If you purchased it with a CC, you can probably get your money back through them. More than likely, Amazon will tell you you've got to wait XX days before they can do anything anyway.

Just wondering what is wrong with the drive. If it doesn't show up in Nero then it most likely you have updated the nero as most drives that come with nero need updated before the drive will work as a burner. Also check to make sure you have the master/slave jumpers correct with the master on the end of the ribbon and slave in the middle.
