Apha International Business, Inc (www.buyaib.com) problem

I placed a small order on 6/17 with this California-based company, but as of 7/1 I haven't received anything, yet this company claims to have shipped my order on 6/18 or 6/21 (they're not sure). They blame the Post Office for the delay, but when I shipped Parcel Post to another company in California on 6/26, it arrived in just 3 days.

Alpha International told me to wait longer, either 2-3 days or up to 30 days, depending on who I talk to, but because they've told me so many contradictory things (they're not even sure of exactly what product was supposedly shipped), I told them to cancel the order. However they say that I can't cancel unless I return the merchandise that hasn't been received.

Avoid this company. At the very least, use a credit card with a one-use number that lets you set a charge limt and issued by a bank known for good customer service on chargebacks.
