I doubt you will have any problems with OCZ memory. ECS builds quality boards, and this is probably the lowest cost i865PE offering currently available. I paid nearly twice that for my Abit AI7 a few months ago.

The only downfall with ECS boards is the lack of decent overclocking support with its entry-level designs. Assuming you are not overclocking, then I see no problem using this board.
