monarchcomputer.com

made a parts order with monarchcomputer.com last Thursday, sent a wire transfer to them next day... They said today on the phone they got my wire transfer Monday, and they changed the online order status's order date to today's date, was 6/10/04.

I ordered a monitor from monarchcomputer.com last year, everything went alright then. But I'm running out of patients with this current order I have with them. What action should I take now?

I would hang back for a couple more days, but make sure you keep bugging them. They are a very good company and they should come through. If they fail to please you ask to have your order canceled and your money returned. If they actually got your wire transfer on Monday a 4 or 5 day turnaround for shipment isn't unheard of. It's not good, but not horrible either.

*edit you posted that you recieved a tracking number while i was writing this post.

You'll need to watch them like a hawk.
When you write your review, if it shows them poorly, they will give you a great, yet believable, line of what went wrong. For example, new help, new system problems, old system problems, new software problems ect. General lip service with a bribe to have you change your negitive review. Long story short, my credit card company needed to get involved for me to get my money back...

I just rated them ( somewhat satisfied ).

Ballast, sorry to hear about your experience.

I received my order Friday 18th, every part ordered was packed good and looked fine, All parts is working as they should. I should've had more patients.
