Lets review some facts here.
1. Wire transfer with no possible way of getting your money back.
2. Out of the country so no local authorities could even get involved.
3. The names and emails of other people. Give me 5 minutes and I can make up 10 different names of people with legit email addys.
But in the end it all comes down to what you want to do. But like I said earlier, it would just be donating money to this guy. Personaly, I would think you'd get better entertainment by throwing your money in a river and throw rocks at it to see if you can sink em.
