There are lots of problems with this store.

Would you order from a store with a 2.41 / 10 rating?

Avoid!!!!

I'll second this, this place has robbed me once.

They should be very happy that the cost was low enough to not justify my driving up there and having a little chat with them in person.

How is it that Consumerdepot can have a better than 9 rating on RR and sell ( for the better part ) mostly broken junk?.

Go to http://www.consumerdepot.com/ , then click on Electronics, then click on Home Video, then click on Televisions.....and READ the descriptions.

Missing, broken, damaged, no buttons, bad tint, out of focus, to just name a few listed here.

A store gets a good rating for selling second hand items?, I'm puzzled.

Why does RR allow Consumerdepot ( among many aliases ) to even be on this site?.....I would think that if a user clicked on the consumerdepot, the above linked HTML page would load instead. ( giving the websurfer/buyer a heads up )

To have them on RR as a 9+ is truly deceptive, some kind of action should be taken.

IMO the reviews here at RR are only removed if they are found to be in violation, or enforcement, of the WEB SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT, mainly the 16 points listed (scroll down the page a little). They are customer reviews after all. To alter a review page, for good or bad, would be biased. On occasion a temporary admin note may appear on a review page for such things, or in one recent case where a possible security risk was found the sites link was removed. Many of the sites in the Online Scam Stores - A list and guide also have review pages. In this case the problem has been posted in the forums just as ER has done above. You also must consider what may happen if RR did link to such a document only to have the case dismissed or dropped. The merchant may then have grounds for a legal case against RR for lost business, liable, and such.

Its up to the consumer to decide, and look into, which merchants to use. Believe it or not some people would likely even attempt to get a deal from a website called, 'wearethiefs.com'. Heck, someone must be buying from all these spammers or they would not be spamming. If you haven't already seen it, here is a case in point;centralplasma.net SCAM or NOT?
