On the 15th, I had ordered 3 books from Amazon.com, and was informed that it should arrive either the 26th, or 27th. Needless to say, I was a bit shocked when a package arrived on the 19th.... My books came almost a week earlier than was expected!

This was not my first time ordering from them, and both times I had a really great experence dealing with them.

I will never buy anything from Amazon.com. They screwed up my orders at least three times in the past and they're slow as molasses in winter time. And one time it took them three weeks to ship my goods. NEVER AGAIN NOT THIS CAT!

Probably the reason why you got it early is because of their distribution center was close to your home state. They factor in from across the country to give you the later date, and when they ship it, it got to you early. When I ordered Far Cry and Splinter Cell from them, it came from DE to NJ and came in around a week earlier than I had expected.
