am looking to buy a 3000 gt vr-4 1999 and i found this guy but i think its a scam you tell me you opinion

I must inform you that curently i`m in UK,(but live in US) and the price is corect

First of all i want to tell you this price is for reale and also the motor look
well and also run like new.
It has such a low mileage(1161miles) because I made the car a birthday present for
my wife.
She is not in to driving around, and she used her just for some roadtrips with our
son.
It has not been involved in accident so it is in a great condition.
I will need a deposit of 3000$,the rest of money you will pay to the curier(COD),if
you accept.The paymeth must be done via western union,and for security you can send
money on your wife name but on my adress,after you recive the car you will change
the account on my name.
After i have your confirmation from WU,1 hour later i will ship you the car.
1-The car has a clear title whcih you will receive at once with the car and all
car's papers.
2-The car was bought from US and did not had time to register here,so you will have
no problem about this.
2-Shipping will be on me as I have a friend at Lufthansa Air Cargo who will help
me to manage the shipping for a less price.
3-When I will shipp it I will declare it as a gift so you will pay NO CUSTOMS when
you will receive it.Shipping will be done directly to your home address in max 3-4
days.
The inspection period for it is 30 days.
4-All money that you will spend for all the transaction is :the price for it+western
union fess ,for sending the money to me.

i must have your full name to put the car because they need a receiver name.
