Should this reseller be banned?

I recently had a run-in with a fraudulent company. After looking more closely at their ratings, I think they're giving themself positive reviews to inflate their rating. What is the procedure for blacklisting a company?

I'd also like to inform people who could actually stop them, such as their local tv station's consumer protection reporter, their state's business licensing agency, and the credit reporting firms like Experian, Transunion, etc. What other suggestions can everyone give me on who might be in a position to stop these guys?

Scroll down and read the supposed reviews from customers. Note the similarities among those postings, the consistem mistakes in grammar and spelling, etc.

I teach high school and if papers were turned in with that many similarities I would KNOW that individual work was not performed.

That on-line seller reeks of amatuerishness and a lack of basic business knowledge.

Of course, tis just my never humble opinion!!!
