What is the Diff Between XP Retail and XP OEM

Hi,
I am looking into buyin windows xp professional. What is the dirrerience between an oem and the retail version? Except the fact you dont get a fancy box and manuel.

If I am not mistaken, the only differences are that with OEM, you get:

A) No fancy box. :-)
B) Must be purchased with a qualifying piece of hardware.
C) No support from MS.

Other than that, I don't believe there is any difference. I personally have a copy of XP Pro OEM, absolutely recommend that for the price difference.

Also, OEM versions of Windows XP are tied to a particular system once activated for the first time and may not be activated on a separate system in the future.
