BEST laptop?

Hello! I've been lurking here for a while, and I've really bee impressed by the knowledge I see here. So... now that I need help, I've come to you folks.

I use my laptop - I mean, use it heavily, all the time, and it's finally time for the sucker to retire and for me to get a new one. Now, I do gaming - multimedia - webdesign (including heavy graphic works) - every single day; that's not including just working on word documents, etc. I need to find a laptop that can keep up with me.

I tried Sager, but I found the screen was reaaaally not so good there, so now I'm looking again. The name Alienware has come up because of the Nvdea thing, but... argh. So have a lot of complaints.

So basically, I'm confused. I need to know what the best laptop out there is - or at least, the top three. ^^; This MUST include a good screen - I can't do my job (webdesign) if I have to run to another computer to check how the images look, you know?

So... help? ^__^ All suggestions welcome!

Have a look at the Dell Inspiron XPS. They are fully customizable to your needs.

If you’re looking for a very good laptop I'd go for the ASUS L5 for about $2000, it has one of the best laptop screens.
http://www.asus.com/products/noteboo...s/l5_index.htm
You can customize the L5 at...

It has a 10.0 at reselleratings.com

If you want the very best however there is no substitute for The L Store's Hollywood Gold. (not cheap but it is the best)

If you look at all the features this one is by far the best.

According to TechTV's review, the alienware was faster, but they preferred the Dell XPS becasue of the more features.

Hey, if you are going for looks, by all means grab a paper-thin Sony Vaio. But if you actually want to run programs, Dell is hella better, Alienware is very good too but I'd choose the Inspiron over the Area51-M line.
