I've had no problems shopping at Futureshop. So long as you're informed and know what you're looking for and what you want to pay, you should be fine.

I think I know what my response would be (BL#% M#!), but you must choose wisely. If this escalates, you could be in for a bumpy ride. I'm not sure how the Canadian court system works, but this could get expensive here in the States.

One thing in all of it..

it pays to shop around.

FS has some good deals on Video/Audio stuff but for Computer stuff I'll stick to NCIX or others...

My husband & I have been fighting with them to honor a warranty on our refurbished HP computer. If it breaks 3 times they'll give you a new one. Well... they conviently only have one invoice out of 5 times it needed to be fixed - they do not have the paperwork on the other times we had it in for hardware defects!!
We are presently waiting for the district manager to call us back!!
I have a feeling we will be waiting for a while!!!

We will never deal with them again.
Sadly Disallusioned!
