well for over the past yr. i have used newegg as my main source of buying parts, with zip,zoom,fly as back up. Have never had a problem with returns at either one of them. I was looking a mb last nite on newegg, and then went to zip, and to my surprize, zip was cheaper,and still offering free 2day dellivery. so as u might guess, i ordered from zip. saved about 12 bucks wich add's up over time. Newegg last 14 months(3200 dollars) zip last 9 months (1150 dollars) so a few bucks here and there makes a difference. I price check daily, and neweggs prices or going up, compaired to say 3 months ago. I know the price of everthing else is going up too, so i just look at it that away, and try to pass it on to my custimer. I will still shop at newegg, but i will be looking at zip more to price check now, till things settle back down at newegg.
I know some of you have horror stories about zip, but my self i have found them friendly, and helpful with every problem i have had with them, the same as newegg. So I will still be sticking with these two companys for all my computer needs in the future.
