A simple gaming PC buying question

The human can decipher much more than 70fps, you would be suprised at its actual abilities which are mostly not acknowledged. This is a good first read on the issue http://amo.net/NT/02-21-01FPS.html

In regards to the machine, I would go with a 64bit AMD if the main purpose is gaming (less costly then P4 EE and in many cases better performing for less).

yes SOME people can see over 70fps , but most can't . some people can throw a base ball 90mph but as a norm most people can't . it is pretty safe to say you can't do it .
