Xoxide.com avoid or acceptable

Xoxide.com does have a few items I would like to purchase. However they do not respond to emails to their sales@xodide.com Is this typical of this company, poor communication? Is their shipping reasonable? I can't find a link to shipping charges on their site.

their company, if you'd like to call it that, is run by 2 19 year olds, who run the company out of the backyard, of one of their parents house. i've heard stories from people i know about them not paying vendors, and all types of things. their customer services is practically non existent. as far as who i'd recommend you buy from, newegg is pretty good, so is google gear, if you wan tto buy something that their selling, type in the manufacturer part number at pricewatch.com chances are you can get MUCH cheapers, like most cases you can typically get but a heck of a lot less.

I had a bad experience with an item I purchased, and used the online chat thing, and they were happy to send the connectors I needed for my fans along in the mail right away. I got the connectors in 2 days!
Great service, I would try the online chat thing if the email doesn't work.

Yeah,
I also purchased from them about 1 year ago.
They took a longggg time to ship, but I received the items.
Tried to email customer service, no reply...
I recommend, go somewhere else, even if I received my products...maybe i'm just lucky..?
My rating out of 10: 2/10... A 2 because I received my items and packed well... They lost 8 because they didn't reply to my emails, and they took too long to ship out the products...
