Xtreme Gear sucks!

I ordered an evga 5900se on 3/22. CC got charged the next day. They did not ship it until 3/25. It was expected to ship on the 23th. They kept on changing the ship date. Well i finally received my order today and guess what? They gave me a cheaper card. I received an evga 5900xt which is slower and cheaper. They did not contact me about this substitute. What kind of business are these people running? I should have never bought from this company in the first place. I dont want to deal with returning the video card as their customer service is beyong horrible. Should i report this to BBB? Thanks.

Yeah that site is horrible. They delayed shipping my video card like 3 weeks.

hmm, I only ordered from them once when I was buliding a computer but everything went smoothly if I remember correctly.
When in doubt I'd recommend newegg

Best bet at getting any money back is to consult your credit card company ASAP. Tell them the company sent you fraudulent goods.
