It seems that pricewatch's review system only displays as many reviews as will fit on 2 pages regardless of the number of reviews submitted.

suggestion:
pricewatch is good for finding low prices--when you find a company with a good product, scan the name at resellerratings.com, if it has no reviews--skip it, bad reviews, don't do it. Pretty simple system
Even easier system:
spend the extra buck at a company with massive amounts of positive reviews (newegg, monarch, zipzoomfly, etc) and you don't have to worry about getting screwed. Do what their terms and conditions state and you can't fail. I personally try my best to only purchase from about 3 websites (newegg, bestbyte.net, and dealsonic) and out of about 200 purchases, ZERO have been DOA, damaged, missing a piece, poorly packaged, or even late. No problems no questions, just what I ordered, and the way I want it.

Good suggestion. That's what I've been doing.
But it's still misleading for buyers, and it shows shoddy ethics and programming skills on pricewatch's part if they have no abilty to keep a legitimate scoring system.
If what you say is true, then...
Two pages is worthless. A retailer can easily 'pump' in enough good false reviews to create inaccurate results.

Its more than 2 pages
Just to be accurate, Price Watch has more than 2 pages of reviews for dealers. I just took a dealers reviews into 6 pages. Its the time period back that is too short. It was longer. It is only 30 days now, too short to track any real performance. What is the worst issue is, as I said a couple of posts back, is that someone has entered in my name. I bet it is the dealer I had problems with becasue they would know my order number. Price watch themselves wouldn't have the time and effort to enter erroneous reviews. What price Watch did for the dealers was to shorten the history of reviews.

So are there equivalents to Pricewatch we could use to compare prices? Or is it the best for comparing prices, even if it fails with ratings?

If I remember right, Pricewatch was how I first found NewEgg. Of course, that was a long time ago, but it still might be possible for some decent sellers to be listed in Pricewatch among all the terrible ones.
I used to use a combination of Pricewatch and ResellerRatings to find things, but now I've gotten lazy and I haven't been to Pricewatch in a long time.

I dont even bother with price watch anymore. I usually goto Newegg and thats about it. Maybe a few other if they dont have it. I got tired of the mislisting of prices not honoring their prices, shipping out crap.

DPA knows where to shop...I'll second his suggestions on good shops
bout all PW is good for these days is a day-long research trip to find one new dealer with a good rep (takes about all day to get through the scammers, checking their reps at RR)
