extreme alterations

AVOID doing any business with Extreme Alterations, after nearly 3 weeks of lies and excuses they finally sent a custom case I ordered, which was missing a top window 2 top fans and all thumbscrews. It cost me $27.00 to return this case. Money I am out. This company does not ship what they advertise.

EXTREME ALTERATIONS ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS.

this company does not deserve to be called average. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED RIP OFF ARTISTS.

well. I noticed you did put up some negative feedback at reseller ratings....that is the right thing to do.

You placed an order for a custom case. We take a normal case, and do all the window kit installs, etc.. You placed an order for a case with a side window, and top window. Yes, we did make a mistake and forgot to install the top window case. We agreed for you to send the case back, and we refunded your money for both the case, and the shipping amount you had to pay.

I'm sorry, but others will agree, not many on-line businesses will do that for their customers. This is a custom case, it's not like it's an item we can turn around and resale. We agreed that the order was wrong, so in return, we did the correct thing and took it back and gave you a full refund for the order including the shipping cost for you to return it. This is not fraud.

I'm sorry you’re upset that they wasted your time and money, but they aren’t "FRAUDS", "EXPERIENCED RIP OFF ARTISTS", "SCAM ARTISTS" (if they were they wouldn't have a 6.28 at resellerratings.com) and most likely not intentionally "LIARS". You had a bad experience with an online dealer, it happens to everyone, you don't need to create a thread and ruin their business over shipping costs.

Its much more than shipping costs, if you don't know what you are talking about you should mind your own bussiness. As for receiving a refund I have not, and in fact I am out nearly $200. Now they are claiming that the case was lost in shipping by the USPS, when I returned it.
They have not refunded my money. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't lieing about not receiving the case. Thank God I insured it. Bottom line they have my money, and I suspect they also have the case, so you tell me why they are not liars and thiefs.

mlnu......might want to tone it down just a bit. you might have gotten screwed...like cysus said....it happens to the best of us. lesson learned, don't buy from them again. you can post your experience, don't tell people to mind thier own business when they comment. i think if you stick around here long enough you'll find people are generally very helpful and courteous. please extend the same back to fellow members.

How did your loss of $27 grow to almost $200?

First off, don't post threads just if you want people to argee with you or feel sorry for you. If you can say "you should mind your own bussiness" when talking about the subject of the thread, then don't blabber online just deal with the problem or go home and cry to mommy. Sorry if I'm being an ass.

You may have been ripped off, if so I'm sorry.
