They have not refunded my money. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't lieing about not receiving the case. Thank God I insured it. Bottom line they have my money, and I suspect they also have the case, so you tell me why they are not liars and thiefs.
The reason I asked for a copy of the recepit, is to prove to the carrier you paid for the insurance for the case. You purchased no tracking information, just insurance. We don't have the case, therefore, I need that information to send to the carrier to prove you shipped it.

You paid for the order with pay pal. From day one of the order being processed and shipped, I never had your money for the order to begin with. Pay Pal took and held the money, and to this day, they still haven't returned it, or haven't sent it to you. So pay pal would be the one you need to contact regarding your money.

We have done our part. Accepted the return, refunded your money for when you pay paid for the order and the shipping, refunded your money for shipping it back, and to top it all off, we went ahead and shipped your order knowing that we never had your money, that pay pal deal.

I wonder how many on-line stores would do this?

All we need, is the case at our front door, and we can call up pay pal and tell them we recieved the returned product, and to release the funds to you.

I would say that ExtremeModder has a good point. Everyone has bad experiences with online ordering sooner or later. This was yours. As said above their is no need to call them Frauds and Scam-artists. People have had bad experiences with some of the best known companies.
