In store for gaming PC but a few questions 2

Man I completely do not know what PC I want. I mean I want 2 get a the fastest PC I can for around 3k. I mean I've looked at Dell's XPS and Alienware and both seem nice but identical. I'd like to get a 64 bit system because those will offer the best performance down the road, atleast untill intel changes their proc.

My question is if I configured a system thats top of the line from Alienware and or Voodoo with same amounts of memory, video card and proc. would I get the same performance power in my games if I ordered from Ibuypower or Cyberpower or Monarch?

See OverdrivePC seems 2 be the best friggen PC for me I can think of, overclocked to hell and all but their very expensive.

there may be a little bit of preformance difference but it will be very minimaland probobally unnoticable...instead i would look at the support and reliability of the systems

Chez, discussed earlier here, those places I mentioned back up their systems with good warranties and supports. Between AW and Voodoo, the difference is, you pay Voodoo extra to test, benchmark, and optimize systems for over 72 hours, and if anything goes wrong, you can get help almost right away. I'd not even compare Voodoo with AW, it should be Voodoo vs Falcon NW.

AVOID: all major brands, check their ratings here, you pay a premium to get support/services catered to budget systems, also any builders with substantial feedbacks and score below 8 (that includes Alienware).
