The IRS will scr*w you less than these people.

I bought a brand new pentium 4 processor off of their website and paid for overnight delivery under a deadline...

They took two days longer than promised - even with the extra money for overnight. The outer package from FedEx was in good condition but the inside box looked like someone sat on it repeatedly.

THEN, it turns out that the CPU is bad, so I call them ASAP for a replacement. I wouldn't have it until the middle of next week anyway (so I am out of luck). It's dead - and I know this after trying it in two new systems with the same result - and I can order one from somewhere else and have it tomorrow. But I have to pay 15% to them because they can't ship anything until Tuesday of next week.

What a joke. Never again.

Some bad luck. I've ordered from Zip Zoom Fly three times and my
only complaint was the shipping, but that's Fed Ex'es fault.

I`m sorry for what happened to you but I believe that yoiu are one the very very few people who had problems with them Have you talked with someone about the issue? I'm very confident that will help you out!

I agree. That is a bad occurance, but I had ordered numerous time from them with great ease.

In fact, I ordered a router from them last week, and I got FREE 2 day shipping on it, and it actually came here the morning of the 2nd day.

I've ordered memory from them 3 times, a CDRW/DVD combo, and a DVD drive. All came with free 2nd day, and I had no problem. I'd see what they can do for you, I like 'em.

After Newegg it's zipzoomfly for me. My orders get to me one day quicker with zipzoomfly.

be sure to go to http://www.resellerratings.com and fill out a survey. it is only thru people who file current reports of on-line merchants can we, as consumers, be best protected.

Yeah I ordered a Netgear wireless router along with a PCCard and it came lickity-split, They rank right up with NewEgg and TCWO.com in my book.

Zipzoomfly used to be Googlegear, right? I ordered quite a bit of stuff from them back when they were GG. Everything arrived promptly, right on time, friendly, helpful, and great prices. That all works for me.

Sorry you became a statistic Matt, but somebody has got to fill the role once in a while. No company is perfect.

I didn't have any problems out of them except the ordeal with UPS. I got free 2nd Day Air from them via UPS....it took them 5 f'ing days to get it to me.....they should ditch UPS altogether. Everything that I get from UPS has something wrong w/ it. It takes them forever to deliver something to me or the box is all f'ed up.....now back on topic. :-) My 300gb HDD that I got from them was very well packaged up and nothing was wrong with it. They seem like a great company to me.
