I think they have good prices and fast delivery. I don't remember if they are one of those companies that if you post to resellerratings; you will most probably get a satisfactory answer.

Understand your frustration with your episode with ZZF as I have had a similar snafu with Newegg (customer nonservice); and most people on the forum will dismiss these complaints as over reactions. Every one of the dozens of orders with Googlegear (now ZZF) that I placed over the years has been without a hitch and even faster delivery on occasion than Newegg. Both of these companies are excellent companies with good prices and good service; just try a couple like Dynasty of old (bankrupt, but not soon enough) or the "bottom prices, bottom feeders" on Pricewatch to get a real taste of "rip off"!
Yes, post your rating for this incident in the ratings and your message will be heard by ZZF; however, as indicated in the other replies, it is too over the top to state "Don't Buy from ZZF".

I have ordered many times and have chosen Standard shipping and I get the items the next day on my doorstep everytime. I think this was a one time deal if you ask me.
