Is this PC worth buying for $100?

128MB RAM
20 GB HARD DRIVE
GEFORCE4 MX440 64MB VIDEO
3COM 10/100 LAN CARD
300 WATT POWER SUPPLY
CD ROM
FLOPPY DRIVE
WINXP INSTALLED

Yes. Buy some PC133 RAM from someone and you'll have a great machine. My file server is a 733 and my main workstation is a 733 dualie. They both work great.

If you don't want the coppers knocking, it isn't. No way someone can sell a computer like that w. XP pro on it and even break even.

Tell 'em you don't want it (And then give me their ph # and email address so I can buy it ) Heavens yes, snatch it up!

most comps for $100 have 96 mb ram maybe 128 and like 400-500 mhz and usually no o/s or win98

Steeple is on a distinguished road
It is a great rig for the price. Two things to think about though -- the OS may not be legal and it may need more RAM (probably PC133) and PC133 RAM is now surprisingly expensive, as compared to DDR RAM.
