Yes.
There are many nowadays actually.
The best ones though IMO are the ones made of a brand called Brother. They usually come with scanner, fax, and printer. Its not that rare to have one of these all-in-one printers nowadays.

If you want a laser (B&W) printer/fax combo that I've had good luck with, check out the Brother MFC8500. It's on sale at OM this week for $300 with a $50 MIR. Careful of OMs MIRs, but I've put 4 in service at work and haven't had a blink of trouble with any of em.

If you buy a combo and you fax more than 1 page, you want to look into a fax scanner with a document feeder. My wife uses one and faxing would be a major job if you had to stand there and hand feed each one into the flatbed scanner. We have a hp and it works great in all 3 categories.
