Infinity Systems Plus

Boy am I getting the shaft from this company and I thought I better warn as many people as I can.
I ordered parts on-line and paid an extra $25. for an option they call ship tomorrow. Not 2 day shipping but ship tomorrow. I couldn't find an option for second day shipping but figured if it got out tomorrow whatever method, it would get to me in 5 days and that would be just enough time to get it built for a customer. I ordered at 10:30 in the morning and I am on the same time as Infinity Systems Plus in Ohio. It said on-line that I would get a tracking number when it shipped. 2 days after it should have shipped I have heard nothing. Called customer support and was treated very rudely. He said if I placed the order at 10:30 A.M. that was really the next day already and that parts should ship today, Friday. (Friday was already the 3rd day since order was placed) I should get a tracking number Friday evening. He never took my order number which was strange. By Monday afternoon I still had not heard one word from them. Only then I went to BBB and found they had a terrible record. How stupid of me to not have checked sooner. I sent an e-mail and tried to cancel the order. I got a response back, (the only time they responded to any of my 6 e-mails) , that since order had been shipped they could not cancel and re-fund. The next day Tuesday, now 1 week since I ordered I called C.S. and brought up fact that I still have no tracking number and wanted my $25. back since they obviously didn't 'ship tomorrow'. No response except, "it should come".

I received tracking number on Wed evening and on Friday the box arrived.
Now the real bad news. CPU was used still had heat-sink grease on it. 1 stick of dead memory. They sent the wrong motherboard in the right box. I ordered a A7N8X-X and they sent a A7V8X-X. (totally different boards) Have been trying to get customer support to respond and he never would answer any questions about the mother board, said CPU had thermolube on it because it was tested because I asked for testing (I did not and did not pay for it) and said sent back the memory. He would not tell me if he was going to replace it or refund. I was also told my refund of the $25. for ship tomorrow would be refunded in a month. Give me a friggin break. These guys are a bunch of crooks from Russia or somewhere like that and need to be shut down.

Another website to put on my black list. I think NewEgg, MWave, BestByte and CompGeeks are the best.

Yes I did

I posted on Resellers Ratings and on the little bit you can on Pricewatch. You only get about 14 words on pricewatch so it kinda is pitiful.

It just burns me how little a company like this can care but can still stay in business. Ohio must be a thieves den of computer companies from Russia and the like. I have met some of these characters in these 'fly through your area' computer sales by blue diamond computer shows or something like that. I think I'll just rule out buying anything from little Russia ..... ooops,...I mean Ohio.
