Well, if you like the "nascar" look then that's what you're paying for.

There are no details on either one such as # of bays etc.

No power supply?

I'd get more info before you buy.

It looks like a $100 paint job, if it has no power supply.

yes, you are definitely paying at least $100 for just the paintjob. you may be able to find someone near you you can paint it like that for less

but i do like the second one
