Mabye see if somone here that owns a business ... at least then you have creditablity.. because that would be really bad PR if they ripped you off or something.

You can probably get a retailer to sell to you if you do a wire transfer of the money. Once the money is in their account they will ship to you. Most retailers are leary of overseas credit card orders.
