No they don't, they just offer free shipping on certain items, they charge a set price for each item.

The price they charge is set as much by their stock level as anything else - it's called "stock balancing". You can get free shipping along with a lower price or sometimes with a bit higher product price. Moral is: If you see a great price and need the item, snap it up. Price may be different next time you log in.
